- Long pepper(thippili in tamil)-1/4 kg
- Brahmi leaves(Vallarai keerai in tamil) juice
- Honey
Preparation:
- Soak long pepper in equal quantity of brahmi leaves juice
- Dry it well in sunlight for 10 days
- Grind it to get its powder
Usage:
- Take 5 gm of this powder. Mix it with honey and eat it
