Instead of drinking carbonated and packaged health drinks, you can prepare health drink at home easily. This drink can be given to children which helps them to stay active for hours. It requires ingredients which is readily available.
Ingredients:
- Cow’s milk-100 ml
- Saffron(Kunguma poo in tamil)-2 or 3 nos.
- Badam powder-1 tsp.
- Honey or Sweet candy(Karkandu in tamil)
Preparation and usage:
- Boil milk in a pan
- Add saffron, badam powder and honey or sweet candy
- Mix it well and drink
