First remedy for painful urination(neer kaduppu in tamil),

Ingredients:

• Aloe Vera gel – 75 gm

• Coriander seeds- 2 tea spoon

• Soaked Fenugreek seeds (Vendhayam in tamil)- 2 tea spoon

• Jaggery

Preparation:

1. Soak fenu greeks overnight and take it
2. Take aloe vera gel in a bowl
3. Add fenu greek seeds,coriander seeds and jaggery
4. Eat it

Usage:

• You can eat it at morning and evening
• Only persons with age > 25 years should eat

Note:

• Cut the thorns of aloe vera before using it
• Wash aloe vera gel with water 7 times to remove the bitterness

Caution:

• Don’t eat aloe vera daily
• Don’t give this to children
