Treat Anemia and improve eye sight using this simple remedy,
Ingredients:
- Basil leaves(Thulasi ilai in tamil) juice-25 ml
- Water-25 ml
- Palm candy powder(panam karkandu podi in tamil)-100 gm
Preparation:
- Boil basil leaves juice in a pan
- Add water and allow it to boil
- Add palm candy powder little by little and boil it well
- Cool it and store it in a glass bottle
Usage:
- Eat 1 tsp. of this in empty stomach at the morning
- Drink boiled cow’s milk after eating this
