Ingredients:
- Henna leaves-10 gm
- Palm candy(Panam karkandu in tamil)-10 gm
- Cow’s milk-100 ml
Preparation:
- Boil water and add henna leaves and palm candy to get its decoction
- Boil cow’s milk in a pan
- Add 25 ml of henna leaves decoction and boil it
- Drink it
Usage:
- Drink this once after food 7 days before menstruation
