Ingredients:
- Turmeric plant leaves-a handful
- Indian mallow/Abutilon indicum leaves(thuthi ilai in tamil)-a handful
- Liquorice(Athimathuram in tamil) -1 small piece
- Skin of Terminalia chebula flower (Kadukkai thol in tamil) powder- ½ tsp.
- Tender coconut water-100 ml
- Water-200 ml
Preparation:
- Boil water in a pan
- Add turmeric plant leaves, Indian mallow plant leaves, liquorice, Skin of Terminalia chebula flower powder
- Boil it in low flame
- Strain the decoction
- Add 100 ml of tender coconut water to this decoction
- Mix it well and drink
Usage:
- Drink 100 ml daily twice(morning and evening) before food
- You can use this decoction to wash the affected area
