Pregnancy is the golden period of a woman’s life. The baby in the womb gets all the nutrients from mother and so every pregnant woman should eat a healthy diet. Vomiting during pregnancy for 3 months is common but if it exceeds 3 months and if pregnant women experience continuous vomiting and nausea, it has to be taken care. Today let us see a remedy to treat continuous vomiting during pregnancy naturally. This remedy uses ingredients which is easily available.
Ingredients:
- Mint leaves juice-as needed
- Coriander leaves juice-as needed
- Dry ginger powder-10 gm
- Pepper powder-10 gm
- Cumin seeds powder-10 gm
- Himalayan salt(induppu in tamil)-as needed
Preparation:
- Grind mint leaves to get its juice
- Grind coriander leaves to get its juice
- Grind dry ginger, pepper and cumin seeds to get its powder
- Add himalayan salt to the powder
- Add little mint leaves juice and coriander leaves juice and mix it well
- Roll it into turkey berry(sundaikkai in tamil) size balls(tablets)
- Dry it under shade and store it in air tight container
Usage:
- Chew and eat 1 tablet when you feel vomiting sensation
