- Apple-1/2 no.
- Strawberry-4 nos.
- Badam-3 nos.
- English walnut/Juglans regia(Akhrot in tamil)-3 nos.
- Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp.
- Honey-as needed
Preparation and usage:
- Grind badam and English walnut to get its powder
- Cut apple into small pieces
- Cut strawberry into small pieces
- Take apple pieces and strawberry pieces in a bowl
- Add the badam and walnut powder
- Add cumin seeds and honey and mix it well
- Eat it
