Most of us know that turmeric mixed with milk is good for cough, cold and sore throat. This is slight variation of it and it work wonders. It uses just 4 ingredients which are readily available in your kitchen cabinet. Use it and stay healthy.
Ingredients:
- Cow’s milk-200 ml
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp.
- Pepper powder-1/4 tsp.
- Jaggery-as needed
Preparation:
- Boil cow’s milk in a pan
- Add turmeric powder and pepper powder and boil it well
- Add jaggery and mix it well
Usage:
- Drink 30 ml daily twice(morning and evening) for 7 days
