- Phyla nodiflora plant leaves (Poduthalai leaves in tamil)20 gm
- Cumin seeds-20 gm
- Butter-as needed
Preparation:
- Grind Phyla nodiflora plant leaves and cumin seeds to get its paste
- Add butter to it and mix it well
- Eat it
Usage:
- Eat 5 gm of this preparation daily twice(morning and evening ) after food
