- Parsley leaves paste-25 gm
- White onions-15 gm
- Ginger-10 gm

Preparation:
- Grind parsley leaves to get is paste
- Remove the outer skin of white onions and cut it into small pieces
- Grind pepper to get its powder
- Remove the outer skin of ginger and grind it to get its paste
- Boil water in a pan
- Add sliced white onions, pepper powder, ginger paste and salt and boil it well
- Strain the decoction
- Add parsey paste and mix it well
- Drink it
Usage:
- Drink 100 ml of this decoction daily twice(morning and evening)
