- Lotus flower petals- 4 or 5 nos.
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp.
- Cumin seeds-1 tsp.
- Pepper-1 tsp.
- Curry leaves-15 nos.
- Roasted gram (Pori kadalai/pottu kadalai in tamil) – a handful
- Grated coconut- 3 table spoon
- Himalayan rock salt-as needed
- Gingelly oil-1 tsp.
- Take lotus flower petals, pepper, cumin seeds, roasted gram, grated coconut, himalayan rock salt and grind it to get its paste
- Heat a pan
- Add gingelly oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Turn off the flame and add this to paste
- Mix it well
- Eat this with idli/dosai
