- Banana-1 no.
- Cardamom-1/4 tsp.
- Cow’s milk-100 ml
- Honey -as needed
- Dry grapes-1 tsp.
- Boil 100 ml of cow’s milk
- Add banana to the boiled milk and grind to get banana milkshake
- In milk shake, add cardamom, dry grapes and honey
- Stir it well and drink
- Drink it daily twice(morning and evening) before food
