Healthy Guava fruit juice

Guava is good for all, including diabetes persons. This guava helps to get rid of tiredness and it is good for diabetes persons too. This also prevents constipation and strengthens the teeth. It is also good for all eye problems. It is very easy to prepare and it requires ingredients which are readily available.

Ingredients:

  • Guava fruit-100 gm

  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp.

  • Pepper powder-1/4 tsp.

  • Cumin seeds powder-1/4 tsp.

  • Himalayan rock salt-as needed

  • Water-as needed

Preparation and usage:

  1. Cut guava fruit into small pieces
  2. Grind it in a mixer by adding cardamom powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, Himalayan salt and water
  3. Transfer it to a glass and enjoy
