Healthy food for children

Let us see a healthy food for children,

Ingredients:

  • Hill banana- 2 nos.

  • Mung bean/Green gram- 70 gm

  • Tanners cassia flowers(Aavaram poo in tamil)- 5 gm

  • Cashew nut- 5 gm

  • Badam- 5 gm

  • Jaggery- as needed

  • Cow’s milk- as needed

  • Water- 200 ml

water

Preparation and usage:

  1. Boil water and add green gram
  2. Add badam and cashew nut to it
  3. Slice banana and keep it in a bowl
  4. Add the boiled mixture to the banana
  5. Add jaggery, cow’s milk and Tanners cassia flowers
  6. Mix it well and eat

Note:

  • It increases immunity.
  • The above preparation is for children >= 5 years
