Ingredients:

  • Dry Curry leaves-30 gm

  • Dry amla pieces-20 gm

  • Cashew nut-20 gm

  • Milk-100 ml

Preparation:

  1. Dry curry leaves and gooseberry pieces so that it can be ground to powder
  2. Grind dry curry leaves, dry amla pieces and cashew nut to get its powder
  3. Boil milk in a pan
  4. Add 10 gm of this health powder and boil it
  5. Once boiled, turn off the flame and drink
  6. Eat the powder settled at the bottom too.

Usage:

  • Drink it daily once(morning or evening) after food for few days
