Gain body weight naturally using Fennel seeds

Today let us see a remedy to gain body weight naturally using Fennel seeds.All including children can use this remedy.You can including the following in your daily diet to gain weight,

  • Cow’s ghee
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Dates
  • Grapes

Ingredients:

  • Fennel seeds(Satha Kuppai in Tamil)-20 gm

  • Split gram/Yellow lentil/Toor dhal( Thuvaram paruppu in tamil)-10 gm
  • Coriander seeds-10 gm

 

  • Pepper-5 gm

  • Curry leaves-as needed

  • Mustard seeds-as needed

  • Dry red chilly-5 gm

 

  • Salt-as needed

  • Gingelly oil-2 tsp.

  • Tamarind -50 gm

Preparation:

  1. Roast fennel seeds till golden brown and take it in a bowl
  2. Roast yellow lentil till golden brown and add it in the bowl
  3. Roast coriander seeds till golden brown and add it in the bowl
  4. Roast pepper and dry red chilly  till golden brown and add it in the bowl
  5. Add some water to it
  6. Grind to get its paste
  7. Soak tamarind in water to get its water
  8. Boil tamarind water in a pan
  9. Add little water
  10. Add this paste and allow it to boil
  11. Add salt
  12. Turn off the flame
  13. Boil gingelly oil in another pan
  14. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it
  15. Add this fennel seeds water to it and boil it
  16. Turn off the flame
  17. Add coriander leaves to it

Usage:

  • Mix it with hot rice and eat it monthly twice
