  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Honey


  • Horse gram( kollu in tamil)


  1. Squeeze lemon to extract its juice
  2. Mix equal quantity of lemon juice and honey
  3. Drink it


  • Drink it in the morning for 48 days. Don’t drink water after drinking this
  • Eat cooked horse gram along with the dinner


  • Walk 2 km daily in the morning
  • Best vegetable to eat is bottle gourd
