- Sugarcane juice-50 ml
- Curd-25 ml
- Fenugreek seeds powder-1/4 tsp.
Preparation:
- Remove the outer skin of sugarcane and grind it to extract its juice
- Mix it with curd and fenugreek seeds powder and drink
Usage:
- Drink it in empty stomach daily in the morning for few days
