Ingredients:
- Papaya fruit pieces-10 gm
- Guava fruit-10 gm
- Pomegranate fruit-10 gm
- Red banana-10 gm
- Apple-10 gm
- Orange fruit-10 gm
- Honey-as needed
Preparation:
- Peel off the outer skin of all the fruits and takes its fleshy part
- Cut the papaya, guava , red banana and apple into small pieces
- Take papaya pieces in a bowl
- Add guava fruit, pomegranate fruit, orange fruit, apple, red banana and honey
- Mix it well and eat
Usage:
- Eat 50 gm of this salad daily half an hour after eating food at night for body refreshment
- Eat it once in 10 days for people who suffer from bad cholesterol
