Ingredients:
- Long pepper(thippili in tamil)-5 gm
- Water- 250 ml
- Garlic paste- 10 gm
- Phyllanthus niruri leaves paste (Keezha nelli in tamil)- 10 gm
- Plectranthus amboinicus leaves paste (Karpoora valli in tamil)- 10 gm
- Liquorice( athimathuram in tamil)- 10 gm
- Jeera powder/cumin seeds powder- 3 gm
Preparation:
- Boil water and add long pepper, garlic paste,Phyllanthus niruri leaves paste,Plectranthus amboinicus leaves paste and Liquorice and boil well
- After removing from flame, add cumin seeds powder to it
- Mix it well
- Strain and drink
Usage:
- Drink 50 ml of this decoction

- Best for one who has pain in lower abdomen while burning stomach fat
