Cashew fruit soup which treats diabetes naturally

Cashew fruit is a nutritious fruit and it hold nutrients five times higher than an orange. I won’t eat this fruit as it causes some uncommon sensation in throat when we consume it wholly, but it is good for our health. Today let us see a soup preparation which helps to regulate blood glucose levels and also treats protein deficiency problems.

Ingredients:

  • Cashew fruit-2 nos.

  • Himalayan rock salt-as needed

  • Water-200 ml

 

Preparation:

  • Boil water in a pan
  • Cut cashew fruit into small pieces
  • Add it to water, add salt and boil it well

Usage:

  • Drink It with fruit at empty stomach for few days
