Cashew fruit is a nutritious fruit and it hold nutrients five times higher than an orange. I won’t eat this fruit as it causes some uncommon sensation in throat when we consume it wholly, but it is good for our health. - Cashew fruit-2 nos.
- Himalayan rock salt-as needed
- Water-200 ml
- Boil water in a pan
- Cut cashew fruit into small pieces
- Add it to water, add salt and boil it well
- Drink It with fruit at empty stomach for few days
