Burn belly fat naturally and quickly using this simple drink

Persons who are worried about burning belly fat quickly can use this natural simple drink. This drink uses ingredients which are easily available. This helps to burn fat as sweat with no workouts. Try this and share me your experience.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice-1/4 tsp.

  • Ginger juice-1/4 tsp.

  • Mint leaves juice-1/4 tsp.
  • Coriander leaves juice-1/4 tsp.

  • Honey-1/4 tsp.

  • Himalayan rock salt-as needed

Preparation:

  1. Cut lemon into halves and squeeze it to extract its juice
  2. Grind ginger to get its juice
  3. Grind mint leaves to get its juice
  4. Grind coriander leaves to get its juice
  5. Mix all the juices, add honey and himalayan rock salt
  6. Mix it well and drink

Usage:

  • Drink in the morning at empty stomach daily for few days

    Hi. Thankyoi for sharing this belly fat remedy. I would like to know one thing that once i grind and get the juice do i have to keep them all seperate because we only need 1/4 spoon of each. So what do we do with left overs. Thankyou

      Hi,
      You can store it separately in air tight containers in refrigerator. Please keep it outside refrigerator for an hour before using it.
