A remedy for Diarrhea using Fenugreek seeds,
Ingredients:
- Fenugreek seeds (Vendhayam in tamil) -50 gm.
- Cumin seeds-25 gm
- Terminalia chebula flower(Kadukkai in tamil)-25 gm
- Nutmeg(Jaathikaai in tamil)-10 gm
- Dry amla pieces-10 gm
Preparation:
- Fry all the above ingredients separately till it is golden brown and keep it in a bowl
- Grind all the ingredients
- In 100 ml of normal/cold water, add 1/4 tsp. of this powder
- Mix it well and drink
Usage:
- Drink it in the morning
