Vegetable Salad which helps to detoxify your body naturally

Detoxify your body is much needed nowadays as the food we consume and the water we drink is contaminated by toxins and it have to be removed from our body to lead a healthy life. This vegetable salad helps you. It is also good for your eyes as it includes carrot in it.

Ingredients:

  • Grated carrot -a cup

  • Small onions-5 nos.

  • Green chilly-2 nos.

  • Grated coconut-1/2 cup

  • Coriander leaves-as needed

  • Butter-1 tsp.

  • Lemon juice-1/2 tsp

  • Salt-as needed

Preparation and usage:

  • Cut lemon into halves and squeeze it to get its juice
  • Remove the outer skin of carrot and grate it
  • Crack the coconut into halves and grate it
  • Cut coriander leaves, small onions and green chilly into small pieces
  • Take grated coconut in a bowl
  • Add grated carrot, butter, coriander leaves,small onion, green chilly, salt, lemon juice
  • Mix it well and eat
