Mental problems are caused due to mental stress, injuries in head/brain and depression. It can be treated easily using this side dish. You can mix it with rice and eat it. Having a good night sleep is vital for healthy mind and body.
- Alternanthera sessilis(Ponnanganni Keerai in tamil) leaves juice-a handful
- Apple-1 no.
- Black urad dhal-2 tsp.
- Dry red chilly-2 tsp.
- Garlic-5 cloves
- Gingelly oil-as needed
- Tamarind-amla size
- Himalayan salt(induppu in tamil)-as needed
- Remove the outer skin of apple and cut it into small pieces
- Boil gingelly oil In a pan
- Add black urad dhal and saute it well
- Add garlic,dry red chilly,apple, alternanthera sessilis(Ponnanganni Keerai in tamil) leaves ,tamarind and saute it well
- Add black salt to it and saute it well
- Turn off the flame
- Cool it
- Grind it well
- Eat it daily
- You can use normal salt too.
