- Black sesame seeds (Karuppu ellu in tamil)-1/4 tsp
- Badam-2 nos.
- Jaggery-as needed
- Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
- English walnut/Juglans regia(Akhrot in tamil)-2 nos.
- Beetroot juice-100 ml
- Remove the outer skin of beetroot and grind it to get its juice
- Grind black sesame seeds, badam , English walnut and cumin seeds to get its powder
- Grind jaggery to get its powder
- Take 100 ml of beetroot juice in a glass
- Add the powder little by little and mix it well
- Add powdered jaggery and mix it well
- Drink it
- Drink 100 ml of this drink in the morning daily for few days
