Ingredients:

  • Ripe mango pieces-1 cup

  • Dry ginger powder-a pinch

  • Cardamom powder-a pinch

  • Jaggery-as needed

Preparation and Usage:

  1. Remove the outer skin of mango and cut it into small pieces
  2. Add dry ginger powder, cardamom powder and jaggery
  3. Blend it in a mixie to get its juice
  4. Drink it
