Simple weight loss drink using Coriander leaves

Maintaining a healthy weight is a dream for many people. Eating junk foods, processed food, packaged foods are the causes for weight gain. Coriander leaves is good for weight loss. This fat cutter drink work wonders. It requires just 4 simple ingredients which are readily available. Try it out,

Ingredients:

  • Coriander leaves juice-50 ml

  • Water-10 ml

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Honey-1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Grind coriander leaves to get its juice
  2. Boil coriander leaves juice in a pan
  3. Add water to it
  4. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon
  5. Strain the decoction once it is boiled
  6. Add honey and mix it well

Usage:

  • Drink it daily in the morning at empty stomach for few days
