Simple remedy to reduce stress/BP

Today let us see a simple remedy to reduce stress/BP,

Ingredients:

  • Cow’s milk-100 ml

  • Garlic-10 cloves

Preparation:

  1. Boil milk and garlic together
  2. Once it is boiled, take off the boiled garlic and eat
  3. Drink the boiled milk also

Usage:

  • Drink it daily at night before going to sleep

Note:

  • You can add jaggery or palm candy to milk and drink
