Simple remedy for insomnia

Poppy seeds are good for sleep problems. Let us see a simple remedy for insomnia using Poppy seeds,

Ingredients:

  • Poppy seeds (kasakasa in tamil)-1/2 tea spoon

  • Cow’s milk- 200 ml

milk

Preparation:

  1. Grind poppy seeds by adding little milk
  2. Mix this in cow’s milk and drink at night

Usage:

  • Drink it only for 3 days
