Belly fat is most dangerous fat which can be easily reduced at home. Loose belly fat naturally using this remedy. It uses ingredients which is readily available.

Ingredients:

  • Garlic- 2 or 3 cloves

  • Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Luke warm water- 100 ml

  • Honey – 2 tea spoons

Preparation:

  1. Cut lemon into halves and squeeze it to get its juice
  2. Take luke warm water in a glass
  3. Add honey and lemon juice
  4. Mix it well
  5. Chew and eat garlic cloves
  6. Drink the water, honey and lemon mixture

Usage:

  • Drink it daily in the morning at empty stomach for few days

Note:

  • You can also blend garlic cloves to this mixture if you can’t eat it raw
  • It is also a good remedy for flu or common cold and cough
