Ingredients:

  • Beetroot-100 gm

  • Aloe vera gel-100 ml

  • Ghee-100 ml

Preparation:

  1. Remove the outer skin of beetroot and grate it
  2. Boil a pan, add ghee
  3. Add grated beetroot and aloe vera gel
  4. Boil it till it is very sticky

Usage:

  • Eat 1 spoon of this daily

Note:

  • Wash aloe vera gel 7 times before using it
  • It boosts Hemoglobin levels
