Today let us see a healthy sweet milkshake which helps you to quit smoking naturally.This milkshake is very easy to make which requires ingredients readily available in your kitchen cabinet

Ingredients:

  • Banana-1 no.

  • Cardamom-1/4 tsp.

  • Cow’s milk-100 ml

milk(1)

  • Honey -as needed

  • Dry grapes-1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Boil 100 ml of cow’s milk
  2. Add banana to the boiled milk and grind to get banana milkshake
  3. In milk shake, add cardamom, dry grapes and honey
  4. Stir it well and drink

Usage:

  • Drink it daily twice(morning and evening) before food
