Healthy soup to clean the intestines naturally

Having a bowl of soup has a lot of health benefits and so you can try this soup which has good medicinal value.This soup is good for sore throat, cough and cold. It cleans intestines naturally. Soup can make you feel better so try it now itself.

Ingredients:

  • Dry grapes-10 nos.

  • Coriander seeds-1/2 tsp.

  • Pepper powder-1/2 tsp.

  • Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp.

  • Dry ginger powder-1/4 tsp.

  • Himalayan salt-as needed

  • Water-200 ml

Preparation:

  • Boil 200 ml of water in a pan
  • Grind coriander seeds, pepper powder and cumin seeds to get its powder
  • Add dry grapes, spices powder, dry ginger powder and boil it well
  • Add salt and drink

Usage:

  • Drink 50 ml of this soup daily twice(morning and evening) for few days
  • Drink 20 ml of this soup daily twice(morning and evening) for children
