Food for old people to make them strong

This food is best for old people to strengthen them. This is best to cure body pain

Ingredients:

  • Alternanthera sessilis(Ponnanganni Keerai in tamil)

  • Drumstick leaves

  • Pepper powder

  • Proso millet(pani varagu in tamil)- 50 gm
  • Water

  • Ghee-2 tea spoon
  • Cumin seeds

Preparation and usage:

  1. Soak Proso millet for some time
  2. Remove stones from Proso millet
  3. Boil water and add soaked proso millet
  4. Strain the water and keep aside the boiled millet
  5. In another pan, boil ghee
  6. Fry drumstick leaves and Alternanthera sessilis
  7. Add boiled millet to it
  8. Turn off the flame. Add pepper powder and cumin seeds
  9. Mix it well and  eat

Note: Best for body pain. Eat it once in a week
