Best oil for insomnia and get better sleep naturally using the remedy,

Ingredients:

  • Bermuda grass(arugam pul in tamil) -25 gm

  • Cumin seeds-10 gm

  • Pepper-5 gm

  • Gingelly oil-100 ml

Preparation:

  1. Boil Gingelly oil in a pan
  2. Grind the bermuda grass, cumin seeds and pepper to get its powder
  3. Add 1 tsp of this powder to the boiling oil
  4. Boil it for sometime till it spreads nice fragrance
  5. Strain and cool

Usage:

  • Apply  2 tsp. of this oil in the morning on head and take bath after some time
  • Use this weekly once

Caution:

  • Don’t smoke or use similar items when using this
