A sweet and simple remedy for Insomnia

Getting a good sleep without any worries is indeed a blessing!!! If you have problems in getting a good sleep, you can try this remedy.


  • Cinnamon(levanga pattai in tamil) powder-10 gm

  • Palm candy powder-10 gm


  • Honey- as needed

  • Yellow banana(naatu vaazhai pazham in tamil)


  1. Remove the skin of the banana and cut it into small pieces
  2. Sprinkles cinnamon powder and palm candy powder into the banana slices
  3. Add honey to it
  4. Mix it well and eat


  • Eat 4 to 5 banana pieces at night daily for few days
